Filing a notice

Use the contact form, choose “Copyright / DMCA notice”, and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work and the exact URL on FameCrumbs where it appears.
• Your name and how to reach you.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).

How we handle it

Valid notices are actioned promptly: we remove or disable the material and let you know. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice through the same form. Notices are handled by the editor named on the masthead.
