Love Is Blind Season 11: Why Jax Left Stew, and Who’s Still Engaged
Jax walked out on her fiancé minutes after seeing him and asked Netflix not to give him her number. What she says happened, the DM he got that night, the six Boston couples and when new episodes drop.

- Jax Guelli, 31, got engaged to Scott “Stew” Stewart, 34, in the Love Is Blind pods, then left the show right after seeing him and declined to tell him why to his face.
- She says it “had nothing to do with him or his looks.” He says she messaged him on Instagram that same night.
- Six Boston couples got engaged. Episodes 6 to 8 drop Wednesday, Oct. 21, and the reunion streams Nov. 8.
Season 11 of Love Is Blind moved to Boston, and its first five episodes, released Wednesday, Oct. 14, ended on the season’s biggest shock. Jax Guelli took one look at her new fiancé, Scott “Stew” Stewart, and said, “I should go home.” Then she did.
Why did Jax leave Stew on ‘Love Is Blind’?
In the pods, Stew had joked that the other men called him “Kennedy.” When they met face to face, Jax shot back: “Please, more like Mitt Romney.” Hours later, a producer told Stew she had asked to go home instead of flying with him to Mexico.
“We offered her the opportunity to sit down and talk with you. She declined,” the producer said on camera. When Stew asked for her phone number, he was told Jax had asked the show not to share it.
It had nothing to do with him or his looks.
Jax Guelli, to Netflix’s Tudum
Jax says the doubts started earlier. Stew told her in the pods that he had never been in love. “I was like, ‘This is his red flag,'” she told Tudum. “I love very deeply, and I’ve been in love many times.”
The proposal didn’t help. “It felt like he was just winging it,” she said. “It wasn’t about me at all.” Stew called it “a leap of faith,” not certainty: “Everything about you is a green light so far.”

Did Jax and Stew get back together?
They talked. Stew told E! News that by the time he checked into his hotel, Jax had found him on Instagram and sent a message. “It was super sincere,” he said. “She explained that it wasn’t about me. It was about just the emotional overload of the previous couple weeks.”
The preview for Episode 6 shows the two sitting down in person. Where that leads airs on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Which ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 11 couples are still engaged?
Six couples left the pods engaged. Five went on to the couples’ trip to Mexico:
- John and Sarah: he told her in the pods that he has multiple sclerosis; she disagreed with some of his views and said yes anyway.
- Wilson and Wilnie: he proposed with her mother’s wedding band, which she had given him in the pods.
- Cam and Aneha: he broke things off with Malaine, her closest friend in the house, to propose.
- Blake and Erika: the yacht captain chose her over Benita after a bad joke nearly ended it.
- Rob and Michaella: he admitted he first wrote “dud” next to her name. They laughed it off.
- Stew and Jax: engaged, then split at the reveal.

When do new episodes of ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 11 come out?
Every Wednesday at 3 a.m. ET (12 a.m. PT) on Netflix, hosted again by Nick and Vanessa Lachey:
- Oct. 14: Episodes 1 to 5
- Oct. 21: Episodes 6 to 8
- Oct. 28: Episodes 9 to 11
- Nov. 4: Episode 12, the weddings
- Nov. 8: the reunion, at 9 p.m. ET
Here is how the experiment works. About 30 singles, aged 28 to 40 this time, date through a wall for roughly 10 days and only meet after a proposal. The engaged couples take a group trip, move in together and, a few weeks later, each decides at the altar.
Leaving is allowed at any point, which is what Jax did. Last season, in Ohio, seven couples got engaged and two married. More reality TV: who went home on Survivor 51, the Special Forces season 5 cast and how the Big Brother final HOH works. More in Reality TV.
