RENPHO Artemis II Aër LED Mask: Price, Modes and What’s New vs. Artemis
RENPHO's second LED face mask drops the cord, adds two light modes and costs $259 on RENPHO.com and Amazon. What each mode is for, how it compares with the 2025 Artemis and how a 10-minute session works.

- RENPHO’s Artemis II Aër LED light therapy mask is out now for $259 on RENPHO.com and Amazon.
- It’s fully cordless: the controls and a rechargeable battery sit inside the mask, enough for about 12 sessions of 10 minutes per charge.
- Compared with the 2025 Artemis, it adds two light modes and drops the corded remote, but has fewer LEDs, 280 instead of 324.
RENPHO released the Artemis II Aër, a cordless LED light therapy mask, on Tuesday, Oct. 20. It costs $259 on RENPHO.com and Amazon and is the second mask in Rejuven, the beauty line the wellness-tech brand started with the original Artemis in 2025.
The selling point is in the name: there is no cord. The buttons and a rechargeable battery are built into the side of the mask, so the wearer can move around during a session.
What does the Artemis II Aër do?
It shines three kinds of light on the face, red at 620 nanometers, blue at 465 and near-infrared (NIR) at 850, in five modes. RENPHO says the mask is FDA-cleared for at-home use and lists what each mode is cleared for:
- Red + NIR: full-face wrinkles, with infrared warmth
- Red + Blue: full-face wrinkles and mild-to-moderate inflammatory acne
- Red: full-face wrinkles and early signs of aging
- Blue: mild-to-moderate inflammatory acne
- NIR: infrared heat to relieve stiffness and relax muscle tissue
Inside are 280 LEDs grouped in 70 four-chip modules. On RENPHO’s spec sheet, the brightest setting, red plus blue, delivers 40 milliwatts per square centimeter; red alone runs at 20 and the near-infrared mode at 4.

“The red and near-infrared light used in this device may help support natural processes involved in skin upkeep,” said Dr. Melissa Dixon, a dermatologist quoted in RENPHO’s announcement. She added that research suggests regular use “can lead to visible improvements over time.”
What’s different from the original RENPHO Artemis?
RENPHO now sells two Artemis masks, and the gap between them is $99.01 on its own site. Side by side, from the brand’s product pages:
| Artemis (2025) | Artemis II Aër (2026) | |
|---|---|---|
| Price on RENPHO.com, Oct. 21 | $159.99 | $259 |
| Controls | Corded remote | Built into the mask |
| LEDs | 324 | 280 |
| Red / blue / NIR | 630 / 415 / 850 nm | 620 / 465 / 850 nm |
| Modes | 3, all combinations with NIR | 5, including red, blue and NIR alone |
| Session length | 10, 20 or 30 minutes | 10 minutes |

The extra money buys freedom from the cord and the single-light modes, plus what RENPHO calls “2X more red LEDs” in the new design. The original keeps a larger LED count, longer optional sessions and a price about $100 lower.
How do you use the Artemis II Aër?
RENPHO describes it as four steps and 10 minutes. Put the mask on and tighten the adjustable head straps, press and hold the button to turn it on, then short-press to cycle through the five modes. After each session, wipe the mask with a damp cloth before putting it away.
The 2,000 mAh battery lasts up to two hours depending on the mode, which RENPHO counts as 12 full sessions, close to two weeks of daily use between charges. The mask weighs 0.74 pound, and the brand says to use it between 41 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

“Thoughtful technology should be effective and accessible,” said Toby Yu, RENPHO’s founder and CEO. The brand says more Rejuven beauty devices are coming in the next few months.
