Tom Sandoval Wins Restraining Order Against Ex Victoria Lee Robinson

• A Los Angeles judge on Oct. 1 approved a restraining order that keeps Victoria Lee Robinson at least 100 yards from her ex, Tom Sandoval, until Oct. 1, 2028.
• Both sides agreed to the order and gave up a contested hearing, so no judge ruled on the abuse claims they have made against each other.
• It replaces the temporary order Sandoval got in June, after a fight at the Los Angeles home they shared that ended with Robinson’s arrest.

Two years of distance, on paper. A Los Angeles judge on Thursday, Oct. 1, approved a restraining order that bars Victoria Lee Robinson from contacting her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, 43, and keeps her at least 100 yards away from him until Oct. 1, 2028.

The order is detailed in court documents obtained by Page Six. The Vanderpump Rules alum and the model went public as a couple in early 2024, months after his split from Ariana Madix, and broke up this summer.

What does Tom Sandoval’s restraining order say?

Robinson must stay at least 100 yards from Sandoval, his home and his workplace. She cannot contact him directly or through anyone else, by phone, mail, email, text or any other electronic means.

She also has to move out of his Los Angeles residence and cannot have firearms or ammunition while the order is in force. If they end up at the same event, she has to leave, even if she got there first.

Why did the court grant it?

Because both of them agreed to it. Sandoval and Robinson signed on to the order and waived a contested evidentiary hearing, the trial-style session where each side puts on evidence and witnesses. That means no judge weighed the abuse allegations either of them made.

In California, a temporary order lasts until a court date, where a judge decides on an order that can run up to five years, according to the state courts’ self-help guide. Breaking one can lead to arrest and a criminal charge. The parties can also settle on terms, as these two did, for two years.

What happened between Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson?

The case grew out of a June 3 argument at the Los Angeles home Sandoval shared with Robinson and, at the time, her father, J. Will Robinson. In his filing, Sandoval said Robinson struck him in the face and hurt his neck and ear.

He also said her father damaged a bedroom door and confronted him. Police responded, and Robinson was arrested and released the same day.

A video of part of the fight shows Will Robinson wrapping his arms around Sandoval before Sandoval pushes him backward into a lit fire pit. It does not show what happened before or after.

On June 25, a judge granted Sandoval temporary restraining orders against Robinson and her father and told them to move out.

Robinson tells it differently. In filings reviewed by the Los Angeles Times, she said her father stepped in while Sandoval was twisting her arm to take her phone. In July she asked for her own domestic violence restraining order, accusing him of a pattern of physical and verbal abuse.

Her declaration included claims that he pushed her down stairs during an argument in August 2025 and pushed her to the ground at a Nashville hotel. The court did not grant her temporary protection in July because his order was already pending. Sandoval’s representatives have said he never physically abused her.

Who is Victoria Lee Robinson?

A model who started dating Sandoval in early 2024. In April 2025 they sat down together for The Viall Files podcast, where she said they met through a friend who brought her to one of his shows, and they talked about wanting kids. In May 2026, fans noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Sandoval, who also fronts the band Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras, became the center of “Scandoval” in 2023, when his affair with castmate Raquel Leviss ended his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix on Vanderpump Rules. He later competed on Peacock’s The Traitors.
